Due to the personal nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following circumstances:

– Products once delivered will not be taken back or exchanged due to hygiene, privacy, and safety concerns.
– Device Warranty: In case of a manufacturing defect, the device is eligible for repair or replacement under warranty terms (see Warranty section).
– Cancelled Orders: Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees.

Exceptions may only be considered under rare, unavoidable conditions and at the sole discretion of the company.
