Cancellation And Refund
At Happy Couple Solution, your trust and satisfaction are our priority.
We provide online and in-person doctor consultations to help you begin your complete couple wellness treatment.
Please read our policy carefully before booking your consultation.
Consultation Fee
Each consultation is charged at ₹300.
This fee covers the time and evaluation of our qualified medical specialists.
Refund Policy
Once a consultation slot is confirmed and a doctor has been assigned, the fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are possible only if:
You cancel before your consultation is scheduled, or
The consultation could not be arranged from our side due to unavailability or technical issues.
All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking before the consultation is confirmed by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email.
Once the consultation time is allocated, cancellations are not accepted.
In case of rescheduling, please reach out at least 3 hours before the scheduled time to avoid slot loss.
